We would like to let you know with a unit that is a Powered Lift-away it allows you to use the floor nozzle attached to the wand while in the lift-away mode. With a unit that is just a lift-way you would not be able to use the floor nozzle attached to the wand.

It doesn’t allow you to use the floor nozzle when the tank is lifted off. I just discovered this today and I’m very sad. My old lift away allows me to pull the tank off and use the floor nozzle to get under the bed. Removing the tank gives much more clearance. BUT WITH THE NEW MODEL CALLED PERFORMANCE PLUS MODEL — YOU can’t power the floor nozzle so you can’t use it. Someone else also answered and confirmed this. Another person answered it incorrectly You can only use it with a few attachments but not the floor nozzle !!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are both powered-lift away. This model has the Powerfins and the other does not. The other model is bigger and heavier with greater wattage used. The cleaning path of this vacuum is not as wide as the other one though.
