Why is it leaving streaks even with a clean pad? null

We would like to let you know that streaking can be caused from using too much solution, or a past build up of cleaners or dirt.

Have you checked to see if the pad is secured on correctly? If it is on correctly, I would contact Shark directly. Their customer service is outstanding! Good luck !
