Is lion battery replaceable? Model VM250 null

Why does it say in the instruction manual that the battery is replaceable??

We would like to inform you that the battery in the Vacmop is not replaceable.

It is certainly replaceable. Remove the six torq screws on the back of the housing and open it up. Replace the 3 lithium ion 3.6 volt batteries, and re attach the rear housing and screws. You will need to fully charge the batteries before usage.
