Check the hose is pushed all the way in. It won't turn on if it isn't.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue with my shark vacuum, it was still under warranty so I just took it back to Best Buy, unsure about how to fixed. Best Buy have a great protection plan, I was able to get a replacement right away.
