The filters are washable and do not need to be replaced unless damaged. The user manual says you should only wash the filter with water. I do not believe you are supposed to soap as it can leave residue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had this vacuum for about a year and only wash the filter after a couple of use then let it completely air dry. I purchased an additional filter to be used while the other one is getting dry.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We would like to let you know that the filters are washable. the filters would only need to be changed if they are damaged in any way or are affecting the suction even with regular maintenance. For the foam and felt filter it is recommend to wash them every month by rinsing them thoroughly in lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Squeeze out excess water and let air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before replacing. For the Hepa filter is recommended to wash once every 12 months by rinsing it under lukewarm water with the dirty side face down until the water runs clear. Allow the filter to air dry completely for 24 hours. Between washings, your filter can be tapped clean to remove any excess dust and other particles into the trash.
