Since you are having an issue with the unit no turning on we would recommend removing the hose from the back of the unit and then reattch it making sure you are hearing an audible click. Then try powering on the unit. If this does not work we invite you to reach out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
