“What's the difference between this pro and the vertex cordless lightweight besides the color? i called shark to ask and they didn't even see it on their website and couldn't give me an answer. their customer service was horrible.”

We would like to let you know that the new Shark Vertex Pro Cordless Stick Vacuum has a IQ display which provides you with real-time readouts on runtime, cleaning mode, maintenance and more. The Shark® Vertex™ Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum does not have this feature.
