how do I install Spectrum tv app null

Just like any other app. Go to >>>Settings>>>Streaming Channels>>>Search "Spectrum". I don't use it. Cut cable long time ago. You have to have a Spectrum account for the app to work. You use your username and password from your Spectrum account to access the app.
