QuestionI need to have speakers at least 10 feet away from player. Can I add more length to existing wires or remove & replace with longer speaker wires? If yes, what type of wire should I get?

- Answer Yes, I am quite sure you could make the wires longer. You will need to splice in to the middle of the existing wires. Not sure if there are different types of speaker wire, but anything that looks to be the same size should work. By the way, we like this player, good sound.

QuestionBought this for hubby for Christmas. FM stations keep dropping out every 45 seconds or so. Take it off stereo mode and it's fine. Hooked up a 75 ohm indoor antenna hoping for better reception, same thing happens. Any suggestions?

- Answer Hi LAustin, I experienced the same problem. Easy fix...I simply taped the plastic loop and wire antenna that is included in the box behind the main system, onto the wall, with the wire pointing straight up. It did take a few different positionings until the static cleared up, but I'm now static free! Good luck.

- Answer Hello, unfortunately you are not able to record from a Cassette to a CD. Also the reception using FM and AM antenna is excellent.

- Answer Bring up my sound system which is like everyone else's it's just the wires snap in the wires and it should work although make sure that you don't have those silver wire wires they have to be copper that's the ones that are with the sound system I'll check it out first

- Answer We are sorry to hear this. In order to ensure proper operation of the CD player, cleaning of the laser pickup lens should be performed periodically. You may use lens cleaners to do this.

- Answer No, unless you take the speakers that came with it off and put yours on. The amp cannot handle more than 240 watt out put to more speakers.
