What does the open box mean? null

Just means someone bought it didn't like it. Sometimes parts aren't there or a scratch on it. But it's a good deal I've bought two open boxes an they were like a new product I'd trust Best Buy on open boxes .my tv it said had a scratch didn't know where. took it out an not a scratch to be Seen its worth it
