A:AnswerThe TV is warranteed for 1 year from date of purchase. Best Buy will fix or replace set. Contact them. My friend had a 3 year warranty from them and their TV went out at 2 1/2 years and was replaced because the set could't be repaired.

1) Adjust the sharpness of the picture (either up or down from it's current setting) and see if that improves matters. You can find this option in the Picture Menu.
