- Answer When I bought this in the store at BestBuy, I asked the same thing since the one on display had one part number and the ones in the box underneath the display had a different part number. They told me they were the same? The pricing came up higher on the boxed one (601U), but they then matched the sale price of the 481U.

QuestionWhen I turn on my PS4, most of the time it says “No signal (is it on?)” Then I have to unplug the HDMI cable and switch back and forth b/w ports restart TV/PS4 etc. Is this a resolution/picture issue? PS4 hasn’t done this with 2 different TVs. Thanks!

- Answer I think you bought an open box one at lower price. Many of them were used for display purpose at the store. That’s why it shows tech spec on it. You just do factory reset, then it will be gone. You can find the factory reset menu on TV using your remote control.

- Answer No issues here. Very great TV. We have our connected via an HDMI from the cable box to the TV. If you're having connectivity issues, double check all your connections and it may be possible that you need a stronger more durable line of coax cable rewired for your house.
