They usually won't ship open box. I picked mine up at the store. They wrapped it really well for me to get home but no box or instruction books were available.

Open box means that at some point in time, the original packaging was opened. I bought my TV open box because it was cheaper but still Best Buy certified to be in working order and nothing missing.

Product has been opened but serviced by qualified geek squad technicians in Best Buy. Devoid of any problems or defects, with all accessories and parts included
