QuestionIs this Roku TV able to receive updates to its OS when they are available? I have noticed that some of these types of units are not up able to update beyond 7.0.1 or so, when my standalone Roku 2 is already at 7.2! Please advise, thanks!

- Answer Yes Roku makes their OS updates available in waves (which vary by Roku device). Go to settings in Roku and run a system update. My Sharp Roku TV updated to OS 7.2 when I did the original TV set up in early October.

Questionscreen went black and no sound. I can turn it on and use my remote and hear it but that is it. I have restarted it from the wall several times and restarted my model etc. What else can I do?

QuestionSet up the TV and the remote doesn't work. Unplugged TV, replugged, change batteries etc. still the remote doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else? Sharp customer service and Best Buy said to bring back the whole TV which is a pain.

- Answer I am having the same issue and plan to take this tv back to the store. I can’t believe Best Buy is selling this junk and am very angry especially after all the work necessary to Wall Mount the tv before finding out it is essentially bricked. What happens too if you lose the remote? No buttons whatsoever.

QuestionThis TV quit responding to the remote supplied with it. I checked the infrared signal and the remote still sends a signal. We've been using the Roku app on our phone but now it won't connect using that now. I reset the tv and now it's stuck at start

- Answer Most TV have this feature. If you have smart TV and for sure if you have a ROKU. I can't say how EZ it is for the fact I am tech geek, so this stuff is always EZ to me.

QuestionHow much does th TV weigh?

- Answer 28.2 pounds per Best Buy's spec sheet (29.1 with stand attached), not heavy at all for it's size. I was able to take mine home, carry from the car and setup by myself with no issues. I am on the taller side (6'3" with a decent wingspan), and was JUST able to reach the handles on the sides of the box-keep this in mind, may need help carrying the box due to it's length more so than it's weight.

- Answer Wireless connection only but it works great and never loses the signal as long as you have a decent router.

- Answer About 23 inches in the front and back of the legs, they are shaped like this: < >, so at the widest points which are directly under the tv itself, it is about 28 inches from outer edge to outer edge. This is on my 50 inch set. I took a picture, not the greatest image, but maybe you can zoom in and get a better idea of what it looks like. I hope this helps!
