We’ve had this same tv for 1.5 years. We’re on our 3rd remote and now the screen is going out. We also have WiFi issues all the time. We unplug the cord from the tv for 30 sec then plug back in. Seems to fix that issue for a little while. Don’t try to use slingTv on it, for some reason this tv doesn’t like sling. My suggestion is get a different tv. Sony or Samsung.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good luck. My Roku TV started doing this right at the 1 year mark (big surprise right?) We contacted Sharp, who then told us to contact Geek Squad, who replaced the WiFi card. Unfortunately this did not fix it. They then recommended we switch internet providers to continue to diagnose the problem, and we did. Still didn't fix the problem. Mind you, these Geek Squad visits were being honored under our 1-year warranty which was fantastic on Geek Squad's part as when I reported the problem, it was just slightly past the one year mark. Though I did get told by my tech that after my third visit that I would be eligible for a gift card as that's their policy if they can't fix it. I'm sure you can guess that I'm not getting a gift card as they were willing to cover parts and my visits, but since I was past the warranty point when I contacted them, they're not replacing or exchanging the TV. Their latest suggestion was for me to buy ANOTHER Roku product, a Roku box(?), so that I can plug that into my TV and router, and enjoy the Roku experience as I was supposed to all along. Apparently it takes two Roku products to make one terrible Sharp product run well.
