• yes you can, if your Blu ray player is already hooked up to our internet connection their would be no conflict, but the question is why spend the extra money on a smart TV if you are not gong to use the features it offers? I would save the extra money and not purchase a smart tv if you are going to use the features.

• Yeah just don't connect it to the internet, or if you do you don't really need to use the services. The only thing I use is netflix, the rest is done through roku and there are no conflicts.
