Q: QuestionDo you need to have a Smart Phone to use this TV? Or does the remote allow you to access everything? We don't have smart phones and i've read in other TV reviews that the remotes are useless apart from turning the TV on and off.

• A:Answer There is no smart phone needed. You do need to use the Sharp remote for setting changes and to access Netflix and the like. The Sharp remote works. I'm not sure what other reviewers have had problems with. I use my cable company provided remote as well. If you use the switched input on the back of your cable box, you do not even need to reprogram the remote.

• A:Answer Hi, currently Sharp TV's do not include Hulu App. The TV comes pre-loaded with these Apps: Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, Youtube, Ultraflix, Pandora, Web Browser (Opera), and App store (Opera). You also can find some other apps on Opera App Store. We appreciate your question, and will consider adding Hulu on future models.
