Found a fix to my own question. Select Hisense Brand, select don’t know model numbers number. Browse codes. Popped up first code.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just had the same problem after purchasing the tv on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018. The Direct tv phone rep said nothing could be done. I insisted on a tech coming out and he fixed the problem in 2 seconds. When you go to the pair remote screen, don’t put the tv down as SHARP model. Select Hisense as the model. Boom.. fixed. He explained that Sharp doesn’t make all their tvs... sometimes other companies do. This one is actually made by Hisense.

Next hold select & mute button at the same time. Release when the green light flashes twice. Then enter code 10178. If it took the green light ship flash once. Now finally try the volume button. It took me awhile to figure. I hope this helps.

Please try again later.10178....I had a heck of time finding it but i have this exact model, and found it on some random forum and it actually worked..hope this saves some ppl the headache I had finding it. I have the Rc73 remote..go online and find videos that show how to manual program that remote with the code I provided.
