So sorry this happened to you and the others who responded. The same thing happened to my massager about 1 month ago. The Sharper Image website doesn't even show any hits if you search on the model number and it doesn't even appear as a current product offering. So, a replacement from Sharper Image might be challenging. I found an online tech-help site that offered to connect with an appliance repair specialist for only $1. After a few minutes of chatting, their conclusion was that the main circuit board needed to be replaced. And then they charged my credit card $40! I guess I didn't read the fine print. If that is indeed the solution - to replace the main circuit board - I can't see how that is going to happen if Sharper Image discontinued this product. Wondering if a class action lawsuit might be the only way to get their attention.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same exact problem with this machine. Out of nowhere it started doing this. And cannot find a solution. Going to try calling the manufacturer and will post if I get a solution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has happened to my massager also. Mine was storing excess power in the cord. Try leaving the cord plugged into the massager, but don't plug it into the outlet. Then push and hold the power button down for a couple of minutes. This will drain the excess power. Try plugging it back into the power outlet and see if it works. You might have to do it a couple of times. You might also use a surge protector for it in the future.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is there customer support? It seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I have been having the same problem. Is there a factory reset I can do? Will someone answer?
