I also had the same issue with the case door, a spring popped out, and now the door feels flimsy.

I had to get a replacement set because the door on the charger had a spring pop out (which is minor but annoying for $180 earbuds), also the sound quality on that first pair sounds like crap now (maybe I was listening too loudly, but I would have hoped that they could have programmed some sort of self-protection mechanism to prevent that)
