Hi there- Shokz here! The size difference between the standard OpenRunPro and the mini is 0.83". Some customers find that the OpenRun Pro Mini provides a more snug fit and less stress on the back of the ears. Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Minis are a little shorter around my neck. This snug fit provided me with better bone contact and they do not bounce on my neck. I'm glad I tried both sizes on before I left the store.
