While these will technically pair with gaming systems (i.e., PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) we don’t recommend it because the lag is significant and would impact gameplay, overall. QuestionCan you use Siri in order to answer an incoming call? Also, if another call comes in while you’re on the phone with another person, can you use voice control to answer the other call?

- Answer Hi Karen- Shokz here! Yes, you can use Siri with your Shokz OpenRun Pro headphones to answer incoming calls and potentially answer another call while on one with voice control, by enabling "Announce Calls" in Siri settings. To answer incoming calls with Siri: Enable "Announce Calls": Go to Settings > Siri > Announce Calls and choose "Headphones Only", "Headphones and CarPlay", or "Always". Siri will announce calls: When a call comes in, Siri will identify the caller and ask if you want to answer. Use voice commands: Say "Yes" to accept the call or "No" to decline it. Alternative: "Hey Siri, answer the phone" or "Hey Siri, answer the phone on speaker". Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!

QuestionCan the Shokz Open Move be paired with a metal detector, and if so how do you go about pairing it?

- Answer Hi there! Shokz here. The OpenMove can be paired with a metal detector if the detector has Bluetooth capabilities, by putting the Open Move into pairing mode and selecting it from the Bluetooth settings on the metal detector; simply turn off the Open Move, then press and hold the volume up button until the LED light flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode, then select "OpenMove by Shokz" on your metal detector's Bluetooth menu. - Answer There's only 2 sizes. Theres the normal Shokz and there is the Mini Shokz. The mini Shokz has a smaller band for your head.

QuestionI currently use a Bose headset for air travel and while the noise canceling is wonderful, they are not comfortable for anything over 3hrs. I know these won't be as good, but do they provide any practical noise canceling for the constant airplane drone?

- Answer Not at all. Since the bone conduction concept is having the ear completely open, all external sounds are not blocked. Not recommended for noisy environments.

- Answer If the device can connect to bluetooth devices it will work with these headphones. You car rapid click the play/pause button twice and it will skip forward to the next song.

- Answer Shokz claims their headsets can announce caller names. They can't on stock Android. Not under any circumstances. All instructions and WorkArounds are untrue. It would be expected that basic functions that have been standard for many years would be included in this price range. This is not the case with Shokz. This essential feature does not work OutOfTheBox, nor does it work with Android board tools. So far there is no way to activate it.

- Answer Hi Alejandro- Shokz here! According to the Osha.gov website, "there is no specific OSHA regulation that prohibits the use of headphones on a construction site." These are open-ear headphones, allowing you to still hear your surroundings. We kindly ask that you reach out to your employer directly to learn of their headphone policy.
