1. Yes it has a HEPA cartridge filter but it is tap to clean no water 2. No this particular one doesn't 3. please visit www.shopvac.com with the catalog # and that wil provide all the information on this unit. 4. Hepa cartridge filters are not washable because of the type of material that is used.
