“How do you keep from electric shock, when using for wetness.? Are there interior bags? I want to use for puddles on the tile floor or a screen room, and for droppings from lizards in same lanai; lots of gritty dirt blows in when we have windy day.”

You are not receiving "electric shocks" what you are getting are static build up. You can use a dryer sheet to wipe down the hose and / or tank that will remove the static. You can use a collection bag for dry debris, it will depend on the gallon size of your vacuum which you need. There is a filter replacement label on the back of your tank that lists the filters that will work with your unit.
