• Hello - Yes, The AONIC 215 Sound Isolating Earphones do have an inline mic for communication and also volume control. They are designed to be comfortable for uses that require wearing them over long periods of time. (with glasses included) Thank You Shure

• These earbuds do have an inline mic with volume controls and pause/play. I too wear glasses. Once the earbuds are situated in my ears, they're plenty comfortable with respect to my glasses.
