• The sideclick works with ANY remote, you program it by pointing it at the remote you want to learn from, and then you can program each individual button (It's very easy to do).

• I’m not familiar with your device, but the SideClick is designed to clone your current remote control functions. If your device has a remote control, it should work with the SideClick

• I have no direct knowledge of the Bose Cinemate 15 but if its remote uses IR, you should be able to train the SideClick easily.
