• Yes. If you had the Westington tv remote. This Universal remote only copies the code from another remote and then you assign each key a function. The symbols are only a guide. You can make the plus button a on/off control. But you must have the original control for the fire t.v. Controller in order to program.

• Yes. You can program one of the buttons to control the "input" selection for your TV. That button can be used to change the source between firestick and PS4.
