Since the Smart Alarm Cam is intended for indoor use, there would be fewer obstructions that could get in the way of the signal. Q: QuestionThe older camera’s would click when someone viewed them live in the app. Does this new camera do the same thing or is it silent when someone pulls up the camera view on the app?

• A:Answer The 'click' that you mention comes from the Privacy Shutter, which physically blocks the camera lens so that you'll always know when it's being accessed. The Privacy Shutter feature is also included on the Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Camera.
