- Answer I did not use a wireless Mike, but I wud go for a wireless Mike with a long battery life. Also this device does not have loud speakers, for home it's fine, if u are performing, u are going to need backup speakers

QuestionI would like to get this for my granddaughter, she has epilepsy and cannot have flashing lights. Can you turn off the flashing lights and have them still.

QuestionAre there more microphones than just one at a time and can they be wireless?

- Answer Hello, Thank you for contacting the Singing Machine. I want to advise that the machine can carry up to two microphones at a time. However, we suggest using only one wireless microphone at a time as having two wireless microphones will cause a lot of interference making the experience less enjoyable. We suggest you use one wireless and one wired microphone or two wired microphones for optimal audio output.

QuestionAre there separate mic volumes or is there just one volume button that would operate both mics? One of us has a soft singing voice while the other voice is louder and stronger; we already have a mic to accompany the one that comes with the karaoake. Thank

QuestionWe just purchased a SML2350 Singing Machine. Everything is good with one exception. When playing songs from my iPhone via Bluetooth there appears to be an Automated Voice Control. When we say anything or start to sing along the music fades way down. Fix?

- Answer Hello and Thank you for your interest in our Singing Machine SML-385BT. This machine is a great choice, very popular amoung our customers. This machine is from our Classic Series and includes an RCA cable connection. To use your iPad with your machine, you will place the machine in bluetooth mode then pair your iPad to your karaoke machine. Bluetooth is a AUDIO ONLY feature and does not transfer lyrics only the audio. So if you are using your iPad for your music play list and you are playing a karaoke video, the audio will transfer to the machine speakers and the lyrics will display on the iPad. This machine does not include a monitor, so if you connect the machine to your TV monitor, to see lyrics display across the TV, you will either need to play karaoke CDs (aka CD+Gs) or you have the option to download music files onto a USB (Sold Separately). The music files will need to be MP3+G if you want to download music onto a USB Flash Drive. We hope this information is helpful to you.
