Mines doing the same thing got a new charger and still won’t do anything

First, we suggest allowing your machine to fully charge which requires up to 12 full hours of charging time. You will see the battery indicator icon display on the screen. If you do not see it, you may need to replace the AC Adapter to your machine. If you need to buy a new ac adapter, it doesn't matter which brand you buy, simply make sure to purchase an adapter that has an Output Power Source of (9Votz - 1.5Amps) and make to buy one that includes multiple adapter tips to ensure a correct fit.
