• A:Answer So you don't download music onto the speaker. It syncs by Bluetooth connection and will play what's on your device. I sync mine with iPad and iPhone both depending on where I am. I use mine 40 hours a week and it does well with battery life as well.

• A:Answer Any microphone with a standard plug can work in the 4 external ports but to my knowledge only the OEM mics will work in the top slot.

Q: QuestionMy daughter's singing machine is having problems. It still connects to Bluetooth and you can hear the microphone click on and off, but the microphone is not transmitting any sound through the machine when spoken into.
