Using (2) wireless microphones at the same time will cause interference and distortion. If you are using these microphones with a Singing Machine karaoke system they will not work properly. We recommend using (1) corded microphone and (1) wireless microphone at the same time. Or you can use (2) corded microphones at the same time as well. We hope this information is helpful to you. Our wireless microphones are primarily intended to be used with our Singing Machine products, but many customer use them with their personal electronics. To address your question, your BOSE speaker will need to support a Microphone Jack 6.3mm. It will not work in an Audio Out, or LINE IN jack. You will have to check your BOSE speaker features or ask the Manufacture to see if it will support the microphone. We hope this information is helpful to you. First you want to make sure to insert 1) active DC 9-V battery into the slot located in the back of the receiver pack. Then plug the receiver pack into either Mic 1 Or Mic 2 jack on your karaoke machine. Make sure both microphone and receiver pack are turned to the ON position. Adjust the Master Volume and Microphone Volume Control (if available) to a comfortable level. We hope this information is helpful to you. Are you using the microphone with a Singing Machine karaoke system as our microphones are primarily meant to be used with our karaoke machines? Check to make sure you have the correct battery inserted in the receiver pack (9V battery). make sure you turn on the microphone and the receiver pack switch are set to the ON position before attempting to use. We also invite to access our website as we have the Instruction Manual on-line. Simply visit: www.singingmachine.com and once on the HOME page, click on the SUPPORT Tab, then click on Product Manuals. Scroll down until you see ACCESSORIES. There you will see a picture of the wireless microphone, click on the image to open the manual. The video camera will need to have a microphone jack that supports a 6.5mm size. If this microphone is plugged into a non-mic jack it will not work (ex: LINE IN jack, Audio jack, Input jack). The range in the receiver is about 15-20 feet.     • Answer Yes, However, The speaker is Built-in to the Karaoke singing machine, If you have one. If you use it to sing on stage, or for home use. it will require an Amplifier speaker. Example, Marshall amp used for electric guitar. An Amplifier speaker is a separate unit that is powered by a wall outlet.
