The Onyx EZR radio has a limited volume control range to allow your Onyx EZR's volume to be matched to audio media other sources on your vehicle's head unit such as FM, CD etc. You access the volume adjustment on your EZR by Pressing Menu and then navigating to the "Audio Level" menu. Select Audio Level and then use the left and right arrow keys to increase or decrease the audio level. Be sure to press the select button before exiting the Audio Level menu to store that volume setting and then you can exit the menu.
