- Answer I have the previous model, so yes if you subscribe to the all access package you will get all the features with the All access package- (As any All access package with SiriusXM you can only stream one device at a time)

- Answer The Wi-Fi Sound Station is a complete system so you do not need any app to use the Wi-Fi Sound Station and it includes a remote control. All you need is a SiriusXM streaming subscription and you directly enter your streaming credentials (User Name and Password) on Sound Station. You can use the same streaming credentials on your cellphone as well as on our web-player on your PC and can keep them logged in at the same time but you can only use one player or sound station at a time so the newest user will stop the stream on the prior player.

- Answer I already have a ALL access subscription and the earlier model of the Soundstation, so you can use the same credentials on your streaming account to this radio, and per SiriusXM as long as you are only listening to one streaming device at a time.

QuestionI have cable TV which uses Wi-Fi to enable all TVs to receive the signal. Since this Sound Station uses Wi-Fi to stream the signal, will I have problems using it?

- Answer It only uses WiFi to connect to SiriusXM's servers. The sound is played locally on the speaker on the device. It does not wirelessly stream to other devices. It does have physical audio connectivity with a 3.5mm AUXin and stereo RCA outputs. - Answer This is streaming internet radio designed specifically for SiriusXM. If you currently have a SiriusXM account, you can use this radio using your account username and password to access the SXM App. The Onyx Plus radio with Home Kit is for our satellite radio service only and would require you to add another subscription to your account.

- Answer The Wi-Fi Sound Station supports a wireless Internet connection through any standard Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ ac, 2.4 & 5 GHz wireless Internet access point. This includes wireless networks which are WEP and WPA/ WPA2 Personal security protected and require a password, and wireless networks where the network name (SSID) is hidden. Once you have connected to a wireless network, the Wi-Fi Sound Station will remember your network settings so you will not have to enter the information again, unless you perform a Reset to Factory Settings of the Wi-Fi Sound Station.

- Answer That is correct. I have many products that draw from my Wi-Fi, but the radio does not appear to draw a lot of signal. With that said, as long as I have decent wi-fi connection I never have a problem with the radio staying connected.

QuestionHas this issue been fixed? "Only work for the Sirius Extra channels. If you want to listen to the flagship channels like Sixties on 6, 70’s on 7, etc. you are out of luck. All of these channels only play for approximately 5-10 seconds, then disconnect."

- Answer I personally have never exerienced this issue with the previous model (TTR2) and I also have this model (TTR3) since March 2021 and never experienced this. I would make sure the firmware is updated and also try clearing factory defaults.
