• They do not but they are pretty good at blocking out noise especially if the bass is turned up. I believe there’s a pair that costs a little bit more that does have noise cancelling.

• No they do not have Active Noise Cancellation, however they have a very good fit and sound amazing. You almost feel like they do have ANC. I have this pair and the Sony XM4's which do have ANC, Sound quality is similar, aside from the extra bass effect on the Skull Candy. Amazing head phones

• No. The ANC version does. However, the noise cancelling may be a bit too much to have a cohesive product. The primary feature of this headphone is the haptic bass.
