You first have to hold the bottom on the middle of the Mic for 5sec while they're connected to your device then unplug it while still pressing then wait onothere 5sec before you plug them in again that should mute the mic

Actually you can mute the mic on the Hesh 2. All you have to do is push the down volume twice and it will mute and twice on volume up to unmute
