The only answer I can come up with is to turn your buds off manually (holding your fingers on them until they say “Power off”). That way they don’t instantly try to reconnect with your iPad. Then, put your fingers back on them and hold there until it says “pairing” (around 15 seconds). Look to your phone for ‘Indy ANC’. If you’re doing EXACTLY that and your phone still can’t find them, try turning your phone’s Bluetooth off and then back on and repeat the steps above. If that still doesn’t work, you might need a new set of buds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue. The company states it differently but the way I paired with another device was by: (Kept them on) 1. Turn them off 2. Turn on, one at a time (press & hold) 3. Release once you hear " PAIRING" 4. Your device will now see the earbud, once connected, turn it off. 5. REPEAT (now with the other) Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had no problem pairing them with a iphone XS. Instructions say to power them off, with them out of the charge case. Make sure blue tooth is on on your phone, and your phone can be discovered. Press and hold for 4 seconds the sensor switch on either ear bud. They should flash red & blue, and go into the pairing mode. This is in the operation manual on line.
