“I can only get one ear bud to work either left or right but not both at a time”

I have the same issue. I have followed the instructions for syncing the two ear buds but it never works. That's why I gave this product a one-star review.

The buds are very sensitive to the touch, so if your not getting dual sound, try replacing them back in the charger , close it up for a couple of seconds. then take them back out and they should already be blinking a blue charging light . Give the blue light a sec to stop , there should be no blinking of red or blue light . its very important not to touch or tap the control pad ( flat part of the buds ) or you could set the control off into another mode or even turn your sound back off. Hopefully this will work for whomever . The buds sounds great ( 4 stars) Bose sport and Skull candy are my choice for quality sound and price.
