Tldr; it's a auto shut off feature that is very annoying. Only way I've been able to get around it is by using the button on the mic to play/pause. But have no fix for phone calls. I am unfortunately dealing with this Sam issue as well, it's not a charge issue since I can turn it back on and it will work for another 30 min. After speaking with Skullcandy I learned that there is an auto shut off set to 30 minutes to save battery if you are idle for 30 min. Unfortunately this seems to happen even if you are using the head phones and microphone. If you are using it to listen to music its fine if you occasionally use it to skip or replay a song or pause/play once every 30 min. However phone calls lasting longer than 30 mins are VERY annoying since the only way to really "use" them would be to hang up on the person you are speaking to, usually not something you want to do (though if you're in a long conversation about something you'd rather not be talking about its a good excuse) Seems like a flaw in the design if you want to use it for phone calls. I'm planning on getting a different Bluetooth headphone set that doesn't do this Sorry about the huge answer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My headset (Skullcandy JIB Bluetooth) is also disconnecting, as in powering off, during long phone calls, every 30 minutes. I just long press the power button and it reconnects right after. Pretty annoying and it only happens during phone calls, not when listening to music (mp3 or radio). Lately I was reaching for something and accidentally dipped the left ear piece in my coffee cup and now the volume in it s lower than in the right one, as if the balance is not even but that is my bad :D
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is hugely annoying, as I wanted to use these for phone calls for work. Makes them fundamentally useless for me. What a waste of money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Charging issue A) not fully charged B) not holding charge C) defected headphone/port/ cable
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is very odd, I've never heard of anything like it. I would recommend contacting Skullcandy and asking if this has ever happened, or perhaps asking whoever you purchased it from to make an exception and exchange it for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure it fully charged before you connect them to ur phone the first time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
