I just had this issue with these headphones and my phone. I think it has to do with which device is sending the pair request. What i did was this and i don't know why it worked: 1. Opened up found/nearby bluetooth devices on my phone 2. Turned on headphones and waited until i saw them pop up on phone. 3. Did NOT try to connect 4. Turned off headphones, but they still appeared on my phone screen because I hadn't refreshed the search for nearby devices 5. Try to connect to headphones even though I know they're powered off 6. Wait until it says cannot connect. 7. Turn on headphones. 8. Click them one last time and try to pair from the phone 9. This time it said "a device would like to pair" and I clicked yes and it paired So anyway good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've just corrected this problem. Skullcandy apparently doesn't mind or care to help. If you experienced this you need to turn the headphones on and than hold the volume up and down buttons until you hear the beep. You then should be able to connect correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem and discovered that my Jib X T earbuds have two pairing modes. The first one is activated when I hold the middle function button + volume up button for 5 secs. This asks for a pin that I don't know. The second mode activated by turning the earbuds off and then back on. After powering on do not release the function button which I press and hold to power on the device. Continue holding the function button for an additional 5 secs after they power on and they will enter a pairing mode that doesn't require a pin.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just fixed mine, here's how. 1) (while off) press +and power until they turn on 2) press + and - until a beep and lights are going red and blue. 3) find jib + and try to connect. (It won't) 4) turn off headphones 5) turn them on. Connected no pin required They might also be called bk3260dm-beken
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to press the power button on the headset for 10 seconds until the light rapidly flashes between blue and red. Make sure yor phone/tablet Buetooth is on. "Jib+" should appear in your available devices list. Just select "Jib+" to pair and it should connect without a PIN. Skullcandy support's answer was useless.
