- Answer Press the button and turn on the headphone , after she says its on , still keep pressing button ( do not release button after its on ) until it says "pairing" Now , go your bluetooth setting you gonna see your headphone name "method wireless" and click , it will be connect

Questionwhat do the led colours indicate?

- Answer Hello! The red LED will flash if your headset is about to die, will be solid when you plug it in to charge. If it is fully charged, it will be solid blue. When you turn it on and go to pair it with your device, it will be a lavender or purple color then alternate flashing between blue and red. Once paired, it will be a flashing blue and will continue to flash as you're using it. You can do up to 5.5hrs of Solid playing music...if you're inactive with it for a while, it does have a power-saving mode which will turn it off. Just turn it back on, hit play on your music device and you're back to listening again.

- Answer They do not retract. There is a groove in the band you can press the wire into it you don't want them to hang

- Answer Yes, this is exactly what I use them for. My husband is hard of hearing and likes to watch tv all during the night. I am unable to hear the tv anymore since he has the headphones. They are wireless and very much worth it for me.

- Answer I had the INK'D Wireless but returned them because of the range issues. I got the Smokin Buds 2 Wireless which don't have as good of battery life but much better range. A couple of days ago, I bought the Method Wireless to try out and I would definitely say that the range is better than the INK'D. Maybe not as good as the Smokin Buds 2 but definitely better. I love the way these fit and the sound is incredible for the price. These are my favorite wireless headphones so far.

QuestionI just bought these and have had a lot of problems. They won't charge and it gets real hot. I have had "charging" all day and they won't even turn on and it was so hot I could've burnt my finger.

- Answer I had this same issue!!! I had to return the headset twice for this happening. 3rd time was a charm. The headset has worked every since but very frustrating, especially for the price it cost to get them. Thankfully best buy exchanged them.

- Answer I am listening/charging as I write this. I know that it is charging because the battery indicator on the bluetooth icon on my phone goes up over time. So I can confirm that it is quite possible to charge while using the Method wireless headphones.

- Answer They come with a USB flat cable that conveniently fits in the case. They do not come with an independent charger but any micro USB charger will do, or you can plug the cable into your USB port on your pc/laptop...they charge very quickly.

- Answer I had the same problem but I figured out how to fix it. Just try to press the + and - button at the same time for 2-3 seconds then press the on/off button twice then look at the setting of the Bluetooth connection on your phone it should show immediately. It worked for me. I hope this would help you

- Answer I had a similar problem syncing the headset to my MacBook Pro. it does indeed take a few attempts to have the headset show up in the bluetooth connection menu on one's computer. I can only say what worked for me: turn off ANY and ALL possible electronics the headset can connect to ___ enable the bluetooth option on your computer ___ turn on the method wireless buds and make sure its in sync mode ___ it should appear rather soon on the bluetooth optional connections menu on your computer +++++ as I mentioned, it took me a few tries to accomplish this, but after I did, I haven't had any issues connecting it after that first collection of mishaps and mistrials.

- Answer I had same issue. Contacted Skullcandy support. They said not to touch them for 24 hours, then charge for 10 minutes, disconnect, then press all 3 buttons simultaneously for 30 seconds (to reset them somehow); then try them. That did not work for me so I returned them to Best Buy for another set. Same thing happened. I eventually replaced them with a product from a different manufacturer (which still works great) Wish I could tell you something more positive.
