The distance between your phone and the earphones will also play a big role in how well they function the more time that you have them. For example, when I first got them I could leave my phone in my room and walk around the house and they would work fine, but it's been 7 months since then, now I must keep my phone less than 5 feet from the earphones in order for them to work properly.
