A:Answer I was a bit unsettled the first time it happened to me, but it's an easy fix. Put them both in the box and close box. Open the box and they should both be red, if not adjust them a little while in the box until they are. Pull them both out of the at the same time and put up to your ears. You'll hear: "On" and a moment or two later, you'll hear "connected". Just because they are "connected" doesn't mean they are paired. When the headphones are paired, (only) the left one will flash blue and red. You can use both, or just return one to the box for using in only one ear. Also, I found it helpful to turn off the "bluetooth" option on my phone when connecting to my computer - t's important to become familiar with where and how the bluetooth is connected. I also had to remove the headphones from my computer "devices" and just go through the device connection process again.
