Do these earbuds have a microphone? null

They do. I use them to answer calls/FaceTime/etc. and I've had no complaints about the mic quality on my end, unlike other headphones/earphones where I've had to physically hold the mic to my face in order for someone to be able to hear me.

Sesh EVO does have an internal mic built in on both earbuds.

Yes they work very well, when you get a call you can hear your ringtone and one push on the earbud connects you, press again to disc. They also have ability to connect to "assistant." For instance Press 3 times and tell "assistant" to "Open Spotify, and play liked songs" actually impressive!
