QuestionCan the calendar and grocery list be up dated from an app? Is there an ongoing subscription cost?

- Answer Yes. The grocery list and chore chart can be updated from the Skylight app. The calendar can be updated from the calendar on your device. The subscription is only if you would like to convert emails, meetings etc into events and/or upload photos. You don’t need a subscription to link your calendar on your device such as your phone, iPad, laptop, etc. I hope this helps.

QuestionCan you have multiple users in app, for kids to complete chores on their phones not only in the app?

- Answer Yes! I have myself and husband synced to our calendar. I created the account with my email and then logged him in on the app as another user. I can have as many people logged into the app on their own phone as I want synced to my calendar. Basically, anytime he or I add something on our phones or the main calendar device (chores, to do list, groceries, etc.) it syncs to all devices connected to that calendar. Hopefully that made sense! It is amazing to use!!

QuestionDoes the grocery list save items? Can you check items off while shopping using app? Can you click on items crossed off to add back to list? The same for chores and other lists? Can you add notes/pcs so you can shop for specific items?

Yes, you can cross off items when they’re completed, and you can tap the “X” button to delete items if you no longer wish to see them. You can also cross off items and then add them back to the list, or directly edit your lists either from the calendar or through the Skylight app. However, at this time, there isn’t an option to add notes to chores or other lists. - Answer Hi there! You can add events as far in the future as you'd like either through a synced calendar, or directly on your device or in the app! And just like any other digital calendar, it will advance as the days, weeks, months and years go by and you can scroll forward or backward to the date you want to see and view your events in daily, weekly, and monthly views! - Answer Of course! You can add several. During setup the skylight will prompt you to create a device name that skylight will turn into an email address. With this email address you will link your skylight to calendar(s) on your devices. You create a different unique device name for each Skylight digital calendar.

- Answer Yes this basically uses a user account that gets added to all events of a calendar of your choosing. I personally use Google calendar but as long as you use the supported calendars you can make changes on the device or calendar outside of the device. When setting it up it asks you if you want edit to come from device it just subscribe to a calendar to avoid edits from device

- Answer Yes! Events can be customized a lot. Attached is my kids flag football event, weekly, and when the event ends so it will no longer show after that date.

- Answer Thanks for your question! Yes — the Skylight Calendar does need a continuous WiFi connection to sync new events, updates, or reminders. However, if you lose WiFi temporarily, the calendar will still display any events that were already loaded. You just won’t be able to make changes or receive updates until it’s back online.

- Answer You can sync your personal calendars — like Cozi, iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook — to your Skylight, and it’ll pull everything into one super easy-to-read view. It’s a great way to see all your events in one place! Right now only Google has the ability to sync events from Skylight back but we are working on iCal 2-way sync for this year as well.

- Answer Hi There, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the Skylight Calendar does offer the functionality to enable audible alerts for event notifications. To access this feature, please click on the gear icon to access the settings menu and then navigate to the "Reminders" tab. You can find a step-by-step guide here. For both calendar-level and event-level reminders, you can: -Toggle reminders at the time of your event -Toggle reminders X minutes before your event -You can decide the X in 5 minutes intervals (i.e. 5, 10, 15 minutes before an event) -Toggle a reminder alert on your Skylight Calendar. You can't customize these yet, but we are going to add more offerings in a future release! I hope this information helps. QuestionHello, Can you sync two Calendars together from two different households? Id ike to share a Calander with my ex-wife for the kids Dr appts, school functions, and events. Is it possible to do that without syncing such things as grocery lists and others?

- Answer Yes. You can create an an email/username and when you create the event make sure to invite that username you created and it syncs automatically.
