Q: QuestionHello. Can this hot spot be used without a cell phone service? And can you purchase unlimited date for this?

• A:Answer It can be used with out cellphone service but you do need an initial internet connection, maybe head to the library with a laptop to set it up and pick a plan. They do have an unlimited plan for $99 a month and other options as well such as paying for the day or paying by how much you use it

Q: QuestionI use work laptop requires me to log into corporate CISCO AnyConnect VPN. Will there be any issues firewalls, etc. using Skyroam when traveling?

• A:Answer I actually bought mine exactly for this scenario, and it works. It is no different than connecting a hotspot in a hotel room when you travel, but in this case you own and manage the hotspot.

Therefore it does not have the same necessary programming as a service meant to provide your home with internet all the time. Also as per our fair use policy, all refunds are eligible within our policy if purchased on www.skyroam.com. If goods are purchased outside of www.skyroam.com, please refer to third-party or partner's return policies. Since this is through Best Buy you would need to refer to their return and refund policies.

• A:Answer Hello! Thank you for your interest in Skyroam, you can choose a plan according to the amount of time spent traveled and you can suspend service when necessary as long as you are not in the middle of an active subscription. For example if you subscribe to a monthly subscription, you cannot pause service in the middle of the month. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Yes, do not use it to stream or you will lose a lot of data fast. Gaming doesn't take a lot of data. I was getting 1.5 mb/s
