To whomever claims it can only run up to 16 gb ram. It states right on the specs that it can go up to 32gb

Per HP's website for this computer: *Supports up to 8 GB (unbuffered) on 64-bit computers It can be founds here: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c06066476 Adding more memory will not improve this desktop, as it is limited to 8 GB

HP would not be able to have this model preconfigured for you. You will need to reach out to Best Buy's Geek Squad to find out the price of the RAM and Installation.
