Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, but you dk have to register the Slingbox. When you have an account you should be able to link a new slingbox. One account can use multiple. Otherwise, return it and get a new one. Its also possible the unit was returned to the store and resold to you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hmmm. Have you login on one laptop but did not logout. When trying to login on another laptop or product the system Old see a second user coming in. Make sure only one computer is logged into your slingbox account. Not sure if that is the answer. When I installed my 350 I called sling and they helped me at no cost. Have you tried to call their toll free number?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue when trying to connect from my work location. I think they basically are blocking this service. It may be the same problem for you (if trying to access outside the home).
