• Chuck means which is hot, neutral and ground. In the case of 3 prong range cords, The real answer is, these ranges dont have neutral on 3 prongs. the middle wire is the ground. the other 2 are interchangable since both are hot wires. wire the middle one first, then wire the other two to either remaining available spots to wire it to. Once all 3 is wired, you are good to go.
