It depends on weather or not you already have a T valve on your existing supply line. The kit doesnt come with one, but a T valve isn't an absolute necessity, the line without it still works, but youll have to shut off your water any time you change out your refrigerator.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have a shut off valve behind the refrigerator.. but I do have one almost directly underneath the refrigerator in the basement which already existed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The water line has 3/8 inch screw on fittings for a shutoff, so my best guess is yes. I already had a shutoff on mine so I hadn’t given that question any thought till now.
